A number of Western Australian State of Emergency Declarations were updated this week.

The FLCWA joined with other peak bodies including the Business Council of Australia and the Australian Logistics Council to sign an open letter calling on the National Cabinet to agree to a transparent, consistent and easily- understood set of rules for border restrictions.

The freight industry has had some success in facilitating some consistency around cross-border freight movement through the Freight Movement Code for Domestic Border Controls to minimise disruption to freight movement.
