Stephanie was appointed Chief Executive Officer at Arc Infrastructure in August 2025. With more than 30 years’ experience across the energy, biotech, commodities and legal industries, Stephanie has a strong track record of working with and supporting regional communities.

Prior to joining Arc Infrastructure, Stephanie was the CEO of Horizon Power, Western Australia’s regional energy provider. Stephanie has held leadership roles at CBH Group, Phylogica International and Synergy, as well as a number of directorships of Australian Stock Exchange-listed companies.

Stephanie has a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Economics from Murdoch University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School – Advanced Management Program 191. She was admitted to the Bar in Western Australia and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
