  • Following the success of last weeks webinar on Finance and Cash Flow Management During Covid-19, the Small Business Development Corporation are hosting another this Thursday on Negotiating with Customers and Suppliers. The interactive workshop will cover negotiation strategies, understanding the needs of the other parties and influencing skills. Register here.
  • We have developed a flow chart, in conjunction with Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, to assist with the border exemptions process. Find it here.
  • For travel into a biosecurity region, if a company is applying on the paper-based system they need to apply for entry each time they travel through the Kimberley.  If they apply through G2G for the Kimberley they need to nominate the dates of travel – it cannot be an open-ended permit.   • We continue to connect sectors who are experiencing a downturn with those who require drivers, through our Driver Exchange Program.We are working with the labour hire companies to match these drivers.
  • We have finalised our WA Freight, Logistics and Transport Industry COVID-19 Risk Response Plan. We are reviewing our findings to identify next steps and actions.
